Given that our garments are unique and make on-demand , it is not possible to exchange.
Clothes are made in Europe. People living in America should go one size up. People living in Asia should consider a size below. It’s better to double check with the sizes guide we provide on each product pages.
We are young. We are new. We are small. We are happy to help. For any question you may have you can reach to us and we will go back to you as quick as possible, don’t be shy.
Keep in mind that part of the thing is based on reducing waste and transport. All items are only created for their buyers.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted (including coupons) items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID. Click on the “return portal” button just below to do so.
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
